1月29日,臥龍與德國Enapter公司正式簽訂合資協(xié)議,雙方將在中國成立合資公司,共同致力于AEM電解槽技術(shù)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品在中國區(qū)域的發(fā)展。臥龍集團董事局主席陳建成見證簽約。臥龍電驅(qū)集團董事長龐欣元、Enapter首席執(zhí)行官Dr. Jürgen Laakmann代表雙方簽約。
On Jan. 29th Wolong and Enapter (a German company) signed joint venture agreement formally. Both parties will establish a joint venture company in China, collectively dedicate to the development of AEM electrolyser technology related products in China region. The Chairman Jiancheng Chen of the Directors Board of Wolong Group witnessed the signing of contract. The Chairman Mr. Xinyuan Pang of Wolong Electic Drive Group and CEO Mr. Jürgen Laakmann of Enapter signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
